Order Timing & Customization

  • We do not accept urgent orders to ensure precise design and high-quality craftsmanship.

Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the bespoke nature of our products. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, communicated on a case-by-case basis.

Garments Adjustments/ Alterations

  • Correct sizing must be provided when ordering. Items/materials that cannot be adjusted due to incorrect sizing voids responsibility.

  • Please refer to size chart to ensure accurate measurements.

  • Alterations may  be requested within 5 days of delivery at the customer's expense.

Product Integrity

  • All items are authentic and inspected before delivery. Tampering or misuse voids responsibility.

  • Color may vary due to lighting in images, product images without models are closest to the true color.

Privacy & Data Security

  • Customer data remains confidential. Accurate details must be provided when ordering.

Customer Conduct

  • Respectful interactions is expected at all times. Service may be refused where conduct compromises the brand.

Security

  • MOD. reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions to protect both the brand and its customers.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All garments are custom-made with a lead time of 10-15 days.

  • Delays due to suppliers, logistics or holidays will be communicated promptly.

  • Deliveries are handled by Courier Guy, applicable delivery fees apply.

Conflict Resolution

  • Concerns should be submitted via official customer service channels.
